The What:

Create a site reflective of the dynamic and diverse nature of WNY's premier leadership organization, while at the same time making it a usable, functional resource for its more than 700 graduates.

And How:

Flynn & Friends re-thought and redesigned the existing navigation scheme, integrated 12 years of photography into the site, rewrote and reworked entire sections, and created a password-protected membership directory. The site is also designed to function as an online calendar featuring the organization's upcoming programs.
