The What:

Promote formalwear retailer Tuxedo Junction's service and attention to detail.

And How:

Through a process of research and observation, Flynn & Friends determined that there are 26 people total who touch every tuxedo from the store to the wedding (or other event) and back again. Actual employees of Tuxedo Junction (with the exception of the tailor and the groom) were featured in the 30-second television commercial.
