The What:

Introduce Hilbert College's four-year Economic Crime Investigation Program to an audience of school administrators, accounting professionals, the courts, and government officials.

And How:

We put a new spin on the notion of "white-collar crime" through a unique "Chunk Mail" approach. By silk screening a thumbprint onto each collar we joined the "white collar" with the "crime." Then we attached a tag with the program's name on it and an arrow pointing to the Hilbert College logo - in effect saying "Head for Hilbert" to enroll in this program. The collar was mailed in an envelope marked confidential, adding an authentically "official" look to the piece.
