Combine multiple new member information pieces with different looks, language, and sizes into a New Member Kit with a unified and friendly feel.

And How:

First creating the name "The Blue Pages," we created cover, page, and section divider designs and then proceeded to transform several hundred pages of insurance and legal-ese into customer-friendly and intelligible communication.
