From I-90 / NYS 33:

Exit downtown at Goodell.
At Main Street, Goodell becomes Edward.
Go one short block on Edward.
Turn right at Franklin (one-way street).
Pass one signal at Virginia Street.
We're the 5th building on your right.

From Rte. 5 (Skyway):

Exit at Delaware Ave.
Take Delaware 1-1/2 miles to Virginia.
Go right on Virginia, then left at Franklin.
We're the 5th building on your right.

From I-190:

Exit at Rte 198 and take that until it becomes Rte 33 West.
Take 33 to Goodell and continue 1/2 mile.
At Main Street, Goodell becomes Edward.
Go one short block on Edward.
Turn right at Franklin (one-way street).
Pass one signal at Virginia Street.
We're the 5th building on your right.

From Canada via the Peace Bridge:

Stay to the left when you clear customs.
Take a left at Porter Ave.
At Richmond Ave., Porter becomes North Street.
Continue on North Street past Elmwood to Delaware.
Take a right on Delaware and go past one signal at Allen.
Go left on Virginia, then left at Franklin.
