Clover Management

The What:

Interest investors in acquiring properties held by a commercial and residential property management firm. 

And How:

At the time we created this brochure, Clover owned and managed 10 million "square feet" of property. So we took that bit of information and ran with it.  The size of the brochure is exactly one square foot - 12" x 12", an uncommon size to make it stand out and a tangible tie to the client's business.

Using “Square Foot Notes” as the title. we photographed 12 Clover properties, with limited copy written as foot notes, to showcase the company’s portfolio. We also coordinated and directed the photography, which took place locally, and at properties in Ohio, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.
